AMO Production Planning & Control


JOB DESCRIPTION

•Assigns and distribute schedules maintenance tasks to PPC officer for follow up and progress check.
•Follows up on reported critical, repeated and defects in order o maintain the aircraft safe, airworthy and clear of any major defect items.
•Revises the work hand over book and Material demand List.
•Make all Necessary arrangements in case any maintenance support is required upon aircraft arrival.
•Announces aircraft readiness, aircraft departure/arrival and technical delays to concerned departments.
•Provides the dispatch with proper time estimates to cover for trouble shooting, corrective action and aircraft release.
•Revise the work handover book and material demand list.
•Make all necessary arrangements in case any maintenance support is required upon aircraft arrival.
•Makes any necessary technical support arrangements at base or out station.
•Control the trouble shooting and identification of the root cause activities of all defects reported by certifying staff and pilots at base or out-station.
•Obtains aircraft daily/monthly schedule and distribute it all concerned.
•Follows up in the case of AOG the shipment and clearance of any ordered component or tool in coordination with the store section.
•Supervises the store section functions and coordinates material related requirements to the procurements.
•Follows up the AOG parts and expediting material delivery with store section.
•Follows up all maintenance activities on the fleet and reviews pilot’s reports.
•Performs any related duties requested by the direct supervisor.
•Communicates with line station to provide current A/C information by email/fax/tel.
•Follows up for the technical delay and delay reports.
•Transfer relevant tasks to the PPC work handover book for work continuation.
•Coordinates with dispatch, and flight operations for the readiness of the A/C.
•Issues material requests to the tore section in AOG situation.
•Monitors and reviews completion of non-routine maintenance tasks.
•Prepares and reviews completion for non-routine maintenance tasks.
•Prepares and reviews the material demand lists and repeated snags all over the fleet for management follow up.
•Prepares monthly report of all engine oil added.
•Maintains monthly archive file for fuel receipts used on all aircraft.
•Replenishes PPC and Maintenance department with all aircraft documents such as TLS and cabin discrepancy sheets, acceptable deferred defect sheets and daily check work order.


JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Qualifications / Certificates:
•Engineering Degree or AME Diploma
•3 years of experience in a CAMO, AMO environment with similar aircraft type with Aircraft Maintenance Management
•Trainings of UAE GCAA CAR-M Subpart G and Subpart I, CAR-145, CAR-21, CAR-66, SMS, CAR-Ops, CAR-MEL, CAR-147 etc
•Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
•Trainings of Human factors, Fuel Tank Safety, Electric Wiring Interface System, SMS, CDCCL, Airworthiness Limitations, Planning & Reliability etc
•Aircraft familiarization and / or type training is preferable
•Knowledge of software like CAMP, CMP, Cesscom etc.
