•Conduct ground and flight training for ab initio (beginner) student pilots.
•Deliver pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
•Monitor and evaluate students’ flying performance and provide feedback.
•Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with the approved syllabus and GCAA regulations.
•Maintain accurate student training records and logs.

•Hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating endorsed by the GCAA or equivalent.
•Minimum CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with GCAA validation.
•Must have completed an approved Flight Instructor Course.
•At least 1,500 total flight hours, with a minimum 1,000 total instructional hours.
•ELP (English Language Proficiency) Level 4 minimum (Level 5 preferred).
•Strong knowledge of aviation fundamentals and instructional techniques.
•Ability to work with entry-level students.
