- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Build relationships with schools, universities, aviation clubs, and training agencies, etc.
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and admission seminars.
- Develop partnerships with airlines, aviation companies, and industry organizations.
- Maintain CRM database for students, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for aviation programs (digital + offline).
- Manage social media content, website updates, blogs, educational posts.
- Create promotional material: flyers, brochures, videos, success stories.
- Run paid ads, SEO, and lead funnels to increase student inquiries.
- Coordinate events, open days, media coverage, exhibitions, and education fairs.
- Work with design/creative teams to maintain aviation-related brand identity.

Research & Strategic Development
- Study aviation training market trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify new regions, customer groups, market gaps, and program opportunities.

- 1–3+ years in Business Development/Marketing, preferably in education or aviation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with student recruitment, lead follow-up, and sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing ads, social media handling, and CRM tools.
- Aviation knowledge or passion is an advantage.
- Able to meet targets and work in high-activity environment.
