1. Online application and documents

   Make sure every field of the online application form is filled in and all required documents are attached:

   • Passport copy, with visa page if available
   • 6 passport-size photographs: dark shirt, white background, no headgear or glasses
   • Highest educational certificate
   • Aviation-related courses and licences, if any
   • Enrolment fee of AED 500 (non-refundable)

   Once your application and documents are received, they are sent to the relevant UAE authorities for security clearance.

2. Pre-entry evaluation exam

   The applicant sits a pre-entry evaluation exam covering:

   • English
   • Mathematics
   • Physics

   Note: a TOEFL or IELTS certificate does not exempt you from this exam.

3. Airport pass and medical

   An airport pass is requested before the next step.

   The applicant must pass a medical fitness test at a GCAA-approved aeromedical centre. A Class 1 medical certificate is required for flight training.

4. First instalment

   The first instalment of the fees is paid after the applicant obtains the medical certificate.

Note: applicants who meet all the requirements in steps 1 to 4 are approved for the selected training course.
