1. Deliver theoretical training on Part/CAR-66 B1 modules.
2. Conduct hands-on practical training in workshops and hangars.
3. Prepare and update lesson plans, training notes, and presentations.
4. Develop and administer assessments (theory and practical).
5. Record, grade, and provide feedback on student performance.
6. Ensure compliance with EASA/GCAA Part-147 and MTOE procedures.
7. Maintain accurate student training and exam records.
8. Promote safety culture, Human Factors, EWIS, FTS, and SMS principles.
9. Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development.
10. Update training content in line with regulatory and industry changes.

1. Minimum 5 years maintenance experience & preferably more than 3 years of B1 Certifying Staff experience
2. Must hold current & valid license on Diamond DA 40, DA 42 & DA 42 NG
3. License on Cessna 172R/S will be an added advantage
4. Type Training Course with Diamond Factory Austria will be given preference
5. Good Knowledge of Human Factors & Aviation Legislation
